Objectifs :
1) recueillir des données bathymétriques multifaisceaux, des profils de sous-marins haute résolution, des échantillons et des photos de fond marin pour caractériser le fond marin dans les zones au large de la Nouvelle-Écosse.
2) comparer l’efficacité d’un profileur sous-marin remorqué (Geoforce DTS Sub-Bottom Profiler) par rapport au système EdgeTech monté sur coque pour l’imagerie du sous-sol peu profond.

Objectives :
1) collect multibeam bathymetric data, high-resolution sub-bottom profiles, seabed samples, and seabed photos to characterize the seabed in areas offshore Nova Scotia.
2) compare the effectiveness of a towed sub-bottom profiler (Geoforce DTS Sub-Bottom Profiler) versus the hull-mounted EdgeTech system for imaging the shallow sub-surface.
