Objectifs :
Décrire les caractéristiques environnementales, la biodiversité, l’abondance et l’organisation spatiale des espèces benthiques dans les refuges marins d’ÉPONGES du golfe du Saint-Laurent (https://www.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/oceans/ceccsr-cerceef/egsl-fra.html).

* Collecter des vidéos et photos du fond marin pour caractériser les éponges, le substrat et les communautés épibenthiques à l’aide du Drop Camera;
* Collecter des vidéos pour décrire la communauté benthique mobile (poissons & invertébrés) à l’aide système de caméra appâtée.
* Collecter des données océanographiques pour caractériser l’environnement benthique à l’aide de la Rosette-CTD.
* Collecter de l’eau pour faire des analyses d’ADNe.
* Faire de la collecte opportuniste de données multifaisceau.

Objectives:
To describe the environmental characteristics, the biodiversity, the abundance and the spatial organization of benthic species in the SPONGE marine refuges of the St. Lawrence Gulf (https://www.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/oceans/ceccsr-cerceef/egsl-eng.html).

* Take sea-bottom pictures and footage to characterize the sponges, substrate and the epibenthic communities using a Drop Camera;
* Capture video footage to describe the mobile benthic community (fish and invertebrates) using a baited-camera system;
* Gather oceanographic data to characterize the benthic environment using Rosette-CTD;
* Gather water samples for ADNe analysis;
* Opportunistic gathering of multibeam data.
