Les extrémités des transects TSI et TASO seront ciblées\, de même que la station Region.*	Sample several additional stations (CH\, CMO\, IF\, etc.)\, all located in key areas of the Gulf and St. Lawrence Estuary. These stations will be sampled using the same protocol as the ZAPM stations\, but without collecting phytoplankton and replaced.*	A few oblique nets (JackNet) will be cast in the northwest Gulf to find krill individuals (~20 individuals). The ends of the TSI and TASO transects will be targeted\, as will the Riki echosounder.*	Recovery of some acoustic moorings for grey seals\, weather Anticosti.

Ces données seront requises dans le contexte d’une prise de décisions fondées sur des données probantes concernant l’utilisation et la désignation des zones extracôtières du Canada.  \n—– \nProject: NRCan\, Leg 1  \nPerson in charge: Laura Broom  \nInstitution: Natural Resources Canada  \nSite: Nova Scotian continental shelf  \nParticipating scientists: 10  \nObjective:  \nTo map shallow portions of the continental shelf of Nova Scotia in support of several NRCan programs\, including the Offshore Wind Predevelopment Program and Marine Geoscience for Marine Spatial Planning. Mapping data to be collected include multibeam echosounder and sub-bottom profiler data\, which will yield important information on the seabed and shallow subsurface geology in regions of interest for offshore renewable energy.  \nThis leg of the survey is focused on the Middle Bank\, roughly 100 km from the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia. These data will be required for evidence-based decision making regarding the use and designation of Canada’s offshore areas.
